Dandelyan transports guests to a place where they can lose themselves in exotic flavours, magnetic conversation and unexpected combinations.

Created by bar impresario Ryan Chetiyawardana a.k.a.  Mr Lyan (World's Best Bartender 2015 at Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards), Dandelyan serves both innovative drinks and refined interpretations of the classics. The cocktail menu, Vices of Botany, explores our love of exploitation, escapism and the full spectrum of our guilty pleasures. As with past menus, it is divided into four sections: Faith, Lust, Currency and Rock 'n' Roll, plus Dandelyan "classics" from old menus and our "Booze-less" cocktails for delicious sin that's alcohol free. 

The interior is designed by Tom Dixon, featuring an iconic green marble bar, pink leather banquettes and stunning river views of the Thames.

Halloween
Dandelyan, is delighted to announce a Halloween collaboration with Mexico’s Licoreria Limantour, running from 27th October – 31st October. Licoreria Limantour, will be bringing their laid-back Latin vibes and unusual South American ingredients to London’s South Bank. The multi-sensory menu will comprise of 5 cocktails designed collaboratively with the Limantour team. Sponsored by Pernod Ricard and utilising Beefeater London Garden Gin, the Halloween menu will play with the ideas of preservation, zombification, and cheating death, whilst celebrating the flavours of Mexico with ingredients such as dried herbs, chilli and wood. Inspired by the preservation at play in drinks, the cocktails will extend the life of botanicals beyond nature’s intentions.

The Halloween menu can be sampled via a 30-minute tasting experience and will include a personally guided tour through the cocktails by both teams before being gifted a specially created Halloween treat. The menu will be available for visitors to Dandelyan between 27th October – 31st October, and bookings need to be made via Dandelyan’s reservation line for up to six guests. Walk-ins are also permitted; this will not include the guided tasting and gift.
